4/10 Bantha Skulls

Bail Organa has had a few figures released, but basically in the same outfit.  This is the first time he is wearing these duds.  He is sculpted in a simple cloak, which unfortunately inhibits movement of his legs.  Oh wait, no they don’t - he doesn’t have knees.  Well, otherwise, the scupt is nice, although the paint is merely simple.  The soft goods cloak is made of nylon.  It looks okay on him, if a little bulky.  There is a plastic piece that fits over the cloak and around the figure’s neck.  This replicates a thick trim around the opening of the cloak.  It doesn’t look bad.  I think it’s supposed to be something elegant, but it does come across as a little bit arctic-ish, as if Bail is about to head out and hunt Wampas on Hoth.  He comes with a pistol, that he can grip tightly.

A dull, but decent figure.  In my area, these aren’t pegwarming as much as I would have predicted, so that’s a good sign.

I’m liking this figure a little, but it wasn’t anything I was asking for.
