Major Variants
*Technically none, as this version was the only one released under the Legacy Collection Red Card BD28 designation.  A different Ugnaught was released earlier as the Blue Card BD43.

After teasing us with the running change bit, Hasbro finally released this “variant” to the Legacy Blue Card Ugnaught, but on it’s own numbered Red Card.  Therefore, I don’t really consider it a variant, so much as it’s own new figure.  It does share the same accessories with the first one, including the control panel and the tool box.  The figure has a neat sculpt, with a completely different appearance from the first version.  He’s not fully super articulated, as he doesn’t have ankle joints, which is a bit of a bummer.  I think a soft goods “bib” would have been a nice homage to the vintage figure.  Otherwise, it’s a nice little guy to add to your collection.
