This is Captain Needa’s first figure.  It’s a solid Imperial Officer sculpt.  The face only passingly resembles the character, but it still is a good sculpt.  The officer’s hat fits very tightly on the head, which is awesome, as it won’t come off unless you make an effort.  Needa features a new rank concept from Hasbro, in which there is a notch on the chest, and the proper rank, which is a separate piece, can be glued in at the factory.  This way, we don’t get stuck with a slew of repaints with the wrong rank.  We’ll see how that works out.  He comes with a blaster that he holds well.  He’s SA, and can do just about everything, although, like the figure of Admiral Motti, I might have liked this figure to have his hands sculpted in a fashion that would allow him to show that his apology to Vader has been accepted.  New character + improved sculpt = I like it.
