7/10 Banthaskulls
I like him, mostly because he’s an all-new never-before-made character. He’s about halfway between a jawa and a regular figure in height. He’s got bj head, shoulders, elbows, knees, and ankles. Also swivel waist and hips. No wrist articulation.
The figure has a lot of great detail and character. The facial skin has nice wrinkles and definition, and the eyes are striking. Lots of neat scuplting to his uniform/armor, with several colors and good detail. He comes with some sort of animal tamer weapon/stick/thingy, which is actually NOT the one pictured on the back of the card. Perhaps a second weapon/stick/thingy was supposed to come with the mysterious second variant of the Utai which was briefly shown at SDCC and then immediatly shoved up Duke’s ass never to be seen again. The figure is solid, stands well, and holds the weapon tightly with either one or both hands.
Not a terribly exciting character, but I’m a sucker for new Hasbro offerings. Would go great in a Utapau scene. I hope they figure out how to put out the variant soon.
