Major Variants

Notes
*The “SL” numbering system stands for “Saga Legends”.  These older figures were chose by Hasbro based on their “popularity” with the intent of keeping main characters and proven sellers on the shelves throughout the year.
*Saga Legends are a separate product SKU from the TLC line, and are shipped separately from that line.
*Each Saga Legends comes with a cardboard “locker” filled with various weapons.  Each figure in Wave 1 and Wave 2 of Saga Legends is packaged with the same weapons inside the locker.
*This is not to be confused with the “GH” or Greatest Hits line, which are packed with the main TLC line, under the same SKU, and include build-a-droid parts.

9/10 Bantha Skulls

You’ve all seen this figure a few times, with slight variations to paint and sculpt.  This is the basic SBD that was released in the first TAC wave in 2007, but this time around it has the chest holes filled in that were present to fit the pegs on the oil flame accessories.  Not having the holes is a very good thing.

This is a great sculpt, it has nice metallic/weathered paint, and good articulation.  It still has room for improvement (ankles, ball knees) but this is great as it is.

I encountered a bit of warping in the shins due to the rubber bands (Damn you, Hasbro!) but it still stands well enough.

This was one of my favorite TAC figures, and this version sans holes is even better.

This figure has no accessories beyond the guns in the clone locker pack-in.
