8/10 Banthaskulls

So, I’m not much of an EU guy, but I gather these dudes are pretty important in Jedi history, so it’s cool Hasbro got around to making them.  They seem to be pretty much all new, and they come with all the articulation you’d expect.  Ulic has some interstingly textured clothing.  Hasbro did a nice job.  It’s tattered and war torn.  There’s a lot of color details, although it’s a bit comic-ey.  He’s got a nice face sculpt, and includes a tattoo on his forehead.  He comes with a green lightsaber.  Exar is a solid figure.  He’s got some medieval-ish armor, which is painted nicely.  He comes with a cloth cape, which fits over his head with a gold elastic band.  There’s a hole in his back and a corresponding one in the cape so that you can attach the shoulder armor, which has a nice bronze finish.  He’s got a good face sculpt, which includes a forehead tattoo, and scratches on his cheek.  He comes with two blue lightsabers, which can attach at the hilts to make a double bladed weapon. 

Overall, this is a pretty solid offering.  Although these are just two human Force-users, they have a lot of character, and make a nice set.  They don’t really match up all that well with movie-era characters, so I’m going to have to find a separate shelf for them to display.
