This figure is a repack, although there’s a couple of minor improvements which may compel you to buy this, as shown in the last 2 pics above.  The belt is assembled right-side-up this time, and the the shoulder antenna is painted silver.  There’s a few other tiny paint changes, but that’s about it.  You probably are familiar with this figure already.  It’s very good, although his head is still small, and the backpack thingie doesn’t fit too tightly.  My other complaint is that the hologram projector is not accurate.  In the movie, it was a disc.  Here, it’s some sort of candlestick looking thing.  When assembled with the tiny Sidious hologram, it looks like he’s holding a blueberry popsicle.
