The last time I saw pelt this out of control was when I found my dad’s stash of men’s magazines with ads from an era when men wore plaid pants and drank Dewars in night clubs with couches in them.  Everything was wrong about that.  Is it possible to decuct two full points because of failed execution on the soft goods?  Watch me.  This is a 10 out of 10 figure that was betrayed by some wild fabric.  It can be somewhat corrected with a little elbow grease, but still not perfect. I fully expect a running change to a more sensible skirt.
