Mer. It’s hard for me to get excited about a figure that was on screen for only a minute or so.  If you were looking for a figure of Luke after he crashes on Dagobah and then AFTER her removes his flight gloves but before he meets Yoda, well Mr. Griswold, this is yooooooure automobile figure.  Having said that, I can’t let the momentary nature of the figure affect it’s rating.  As an action figure, it’s pretty decent.  After years of failing to get even close on Mark Hamill head sculpts, Hasbro is really dialing it in.  The even capture subtle facial imperfections.  The working holster and saber hilt peg hole are nice upgrades to the Legacy Collection Snowspeeder Pilot Luke Skywalker figure this is based on.

The only deduction is for the lower arms.  In order to save on retooling, Hasbro gave the figure a forearm swivel to match where the previous figure’s gloves met the forearm.  It would have been nice if they completely retooled the lower arm and added the articulation point at the wrist like most figures with naked hands have.  This would have enhanced the posability.  Particularly when posing with the light saber.  9 out of 10.
